It is a sorry and sobering statistic that Scotland has the highest number of suicides in the U.K.
‘CHOOSE LIFE’ a subsiduary of R.A.M.H ( Renfrewshire Association for Mental Health) is an organisation that supports , counsels and offers training to individuals and groups involved in issues around suicide.
On Thursday 7th September ie this week Annette and Geraldine (from Counselling) will be available at a stand outside the main refectory in the Oakshaw Building . In the afternoon Rosemary Mullen , the CHOOSE LIFE co ordinator and counsellor will be available from 2pm . We will have information and leaflets which will highlight the issues around suicide and those affected by suicide.
